Introduction to Site Survey Request

Thank you for choosing us to do a Japanese Knotweed survey on your property!

You can order a survey by filling in this form online. You will be required to provide your contact information, information on the site to be surveyed and payment information to complete this process. This survey is only for residential properties up to a maximum stand size of 1200m².The cost of the survey is £ 250.00. If your property is larger than this, please call us for a custom quote.

The outcome of the survey process is a report that will provide a positive, negative or suspicious rating on the property. Should there be knotweed on the property, the report will provide sufficient information to be used to get remediation quotes from the best Japanese Knotweed treatment companies in the UK.

Please note that you may be held liable if you try to conceal Japanese Knotweed – particularly if you are trying to sell a house, get a mortgage or get insurance. If you are trying to do this and knotweed is present on the site, it is best to get this treated as soon as possible.
